WESTERLO, N.Y. — A family of six, including three children, was involved in a serious crash Monday morning in the town of Westerlo. The Albany County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened shortly after 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of County Route 401 and County Route 404. According to investigators, the SUV carrying the family failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with an oncoming northbound tractor-trailer.
