HARTFORD — A 17-year-old West Hartford student has died after being shot during an early Sunday morning incident on Ann Street, Hartford police confirmed. Camden Siegel succumbed to his injuries Tuesday after being hospitalized in extremely critical condition, according to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department.
