Laconia, New Hampshire – Three people were killed and a fourth suffered life-threatening injuries after two motorcycles collided head-on in Laconia, New Hampshire, late Saturday night, September 12, 2026.
The fatal crash happened shortly before 11 p.m. on Route 3, also known as Endicott Street North or North Endicott Street, in the Weirs Beach area near The Looney Bin Bar & Grill.
According to preliminary information released by police, two motorcycles carrying a total of four people collided in the roadway. Responding officers found both motorcycles down and a significant debris field scattered across the road, indicating the severity of the collision.
The three people who died were identified as Cameron Mosher, 28, of Dennis, Massachusetts; Miles Collette, 32, of Gilford, New Hampshire; and Jeanine Fereshetian, 33, of Laconia, New Hampshire.
A fourth rider, an unidentified woman, sustained life-threatening injuries. Emergency crews transported her by MedFlight to Concord Hospital for treatment. Authorities had not released a further update on her medical condition at the time of the latest reports.
Laconia Police Chief Matthew Canfield described the crash as a tragic incident as investigators worked to establish exactly what happened.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. Police have not publicly established whether speed, impairment, road conditions or another factor contributed to the crash. Those details should be regarded as unconfirmed until investigators reach their findings.
Police are also asking members of the public who witnessed the collision or may have captured relevant video to contact investigators. Available footage could help authorities reconstruct the moments leading up to the crash.
The collision occurred during a weekend when motorcycle activity was prominent in the Lakes Region. Officials have said there is no confirmed direct connection between this crash and Biketemberfest, a local motorcycle event taking place around the same period.
The incident is separate from the death of longtime Laconia Motorcycle Week executive director Charlie St. Clair, who died in August 2026 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash in Ohio while traveling to Sturgis.
The Laconia investigation remains active, and additional information may be released as police continue gathering witness accounts, video evidence and other details surrounding the collision.
