Monmonier first joined Hilton Head High as a Special Education teacher and lacrosse coach, roles he embraced with compassion and purpose. In 2012, he was named Athletic Director, a position he held for 13 years, guiding the school’s athletic programs through transformative growth while shaping a generation of Seahawk athletes.
